Summit Partners

The Growing Together Summit would not be possible without the support and effort of partnerships. While not all organizations provide direct support, program grants have been supporting education in the area and are being presented at the Summit.

BOCES-Logo-07_sm The San Juan Board of Cooperative Education Services is the primary organizing agent and has been the professional development lead in past years for the Math and Literacy Design Collaboratives. The nine school districts that make up the BOCES provide many of the session trainers of the event.
FLC_logo Fort Lewis College has contributed facility services as well as support and participation by the Teacher Education Department. The campus, classrooms and halls, and food services provide an ideal setting for the Summit.
CEI_Logo_scaled_small1 The Colorado Education Initiative (CEI), formerly the Colorado Legacy Foundation, is an indirect fiscal supporter of the Growing Together Summit. This organization played a key roll in organizing and funding the first annual Summit in 2013. Continued grant funding by CEI to the San Juan BOCES has played a vital role in the regional organization for the event.
ECET2 The Summit organizers received a grant to host an Elevating and Celebrating Effective Teaching and Teachers (ECET2). These events allow regions to spotlight incredible and inspiring educators.
